After being discharged from the military, Kan drifts through life with no purpose, wasting his days on alcohol, money, and anything that keeps him from thinking about the future.
Everything changes after a rainy-night hit-and-run. In a moment of panic, he takes a memory card from the injured victim... and runs.
His powerful father erases all evidence, but only on one condition: enroll in medical school and secretly monitor Ken, the hospitalized son of a rival family's chairman.
As Kan settles into university life, he meets new friends, uncovers hidden secrets, and finds himself caught between loyalty, friendship, and love. The closer he gets to the truth, the more lies he must tell—not only to everyone around him, but also to himself.

GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW
◆ Daily Loop ◆
Each day is split into 4 time slots — Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night. Choose an activity for each slot, then sleep to end the day. A new day begins with +300 money, restored EN, and an automatic save. This repeats across 4 seasons (1 in-game year), leading to an ending determined by your relationship stats.
◆ Resources to Manage ◆
EN (Energy) drops with each activity — hitting zero ends the game. Money comes from internships and the lottery, with weekly rent due and 5% daily interest on debt (debt over 3,000 ends the game). Skills like Anatomy, Strength, and Language grow through minigames and activities.
◆ Relationships ◆
~15 characters, each with a Heart meter raised by talking and gift-giving (likes/dislikes apply, limited per day/week). Reaching heart thresholds unlocks new quests and scenes. NPCs follow real daily schedules across different locations.
◆ Quests ◆
Split into Story quests and Side quests, unlocked in chains. Track everything via the Quest app on your smartwatch, with hints on who to find, where, and when.
◆ 5 Minigames ◆
Thai Language Quiz, Dispense Medicine, Sort Medicine, Virus Surgery, and PE Run — tied to your internship/class schedule, playable once per day for skill EXP and money.
◆ Tools ◆
A smartwatch (status, contacts, quests, calendar, notifications, code entry), a choice-based mobile chat app, a travel map, an inventory + shop, and a lottery every 2 weeks.
◆ Ending ◆
After 1 full year, you receive a Good, Neutral, or Bad ending based on the relationships you've built.
